  The journey to establish Build It Up Properties began in 2007, when I purchased my first home in Philadelphia. Navigating the complexities of hiring and managing contractors opened my eyes to the challenges homeowners face: the inconsistency in pricing, the varying quality of work, and the difficulty in finding reliable professionals. Taking matters into my own hands, I managed every detail of my home renovation, developing the skills and expertise that would later define my career.  In 2011, I expanded into investment properties, overseeing the renovation of two triplexes.  

  This deepened my understanding of the renovation process, requiring me to balance budgets, schedules,and quality control—all while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure that every aspect met my high standards.  In 2016, I moved again and encountered contractors who prioritized speed over quality. This was a turning point for me. I recognized that the market needed professionals who not only completed projects but did so with a dedication to craftsmanship and client satisfaction. This realization fueled my passion and led to the creation of Build It Up Properties—a company that prioritizes transparency, quality, and a client-first approach.
